Care Instructions: 

1. How can I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our online store and select the t-shirts you like. Add them to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we also offer payment options through popular digital wallets like Apple Pay, Venmo and PayPal.

3. How long does it take to process and ship orders? We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally, it takes 1-3 business days for order processing, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you can select your country from the available options. Please note that international shipping may incur additional customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Currently my suppliers are able to ship to most countries, except for Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Through the website I use a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, my supplier does a free replacement or a refund. Please contact me within 15 days of your shipping date so that I can request a refund or replacement for you within the supplier's time frame. 

6. Can I track my order? Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

7. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts? Not at this time. If you would like to place a bulk order, please contact me via the contact page on the website. 

8. How can I contact your customer support? If you have any further questions or need assistance, you can reach our customer support team by emailing breekindcreations@gmail.com or by using the contact form on our website. I aim to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours.

9. Are your t-shirts ethically sourced and environmentally friendly? If you know me, you know that sustainability and environmentally friendly products are very important to me. 11. What brand or material are your shirts? At Breekind Creations, we are committed to providing our customers with top-notch quality shirts. That's why we source our shirts exclusively from the renowned brand Bella Canvas. These shirts are available in a variety of colors, depending on the design, ensuring there's something for everyone.

12. What material are the designs made of? For non custom orders the designs are placed on the shirt by screen printing. Screen printing is when a printer uses a mesh screen, ink, and squeegee to transfer a stenciled design onto a flat surface. The printer first creates a stencil on a fine mesh screen, then pushes the ink through it to achieve the desired outcome (aka. imprint the design on a chosen surface. For custom orders some designs may be vinyl or use screen printing. Both lifespans of either screen printing or vinyl are about 50 washes when washed appropriately. 


Our shirts are unisex, making them suitable for individuals of all genders. They typically range in sizes from XS to 5X, although the availability of plus sizes may vary depending on the specific design.

When it comes to fabric, we use 100% Airlume combed and ringspun cotton, offering a soft and comfortable feel against the skin. Please note that the fiber content may vary for different colors to ensure the best results. The shirts feature a light fabric weighing 4.2 oz/yd² (142 g/m²), striking the perfect balance between breathability and durability. With a retail fit, our shirts are designed to provide a flattering and comfortable fit for wearers of all shapes and sizes. To enhance the overall comfort and convenience, our shirts come with a tear-away label, allowing you to remove it easily if desired. And rest assured, our shirts run true to size, so you can confidently select your usual size when placing an order with us.
