Custom T-Shirt Order Request Form
Please complete the form by providing your desired specifications and requirements for your custom t-shirt order. We kindly ask that you scroll below to carefully review our policies, procedures, and disclosures before submitting your request. It's important to ensure your understanding of these terms prior to submission. Once your request is received, Bree will review it and provide you with additional details, including pricing and production timelines. Custom Order Process and Policies
Disclosure:
Non-local Orders Designs will be posted breekindcreations.com upon acceptance and your approval. There you will order on the website. Your order will be fulfilled through my print on demand supplier and directly shipped to you.
1. Design Approval and Production for Non-local Orders: If you are not local to Central Texas, I will let you know in 48 hours if I have approved or denied your request. You will have a 48-hour window to accept or decline the provided design. If declined, we will work up a mock up together that best fits your dreams. Once the design is approved by you, I will have an additional 48 hours to post the design on my website. Once you purchase the design from the website, it will be sent off to production.
2. Shipping for Non-local Orders: For non-local orders, please allow at least 28 days from the submission of your request to account for shipping time. Your shipping cost is dependent on order size but starts at $4.00.

Order Confirmation:
Submitting a custom (local or non-local) t-shirt order request does not guarantee production. All requests are subject to review and acceptance based on feasibility and availability. You will receive a response within 48 hours confirming whether your order request has been accepted or denied.
Local Orders (Central Texas):
1. Design Approval: Once your order is accepted, I will create a mock-up design for you to approve. If the design is approved by you, we will proceed with production.
2. Production Time: After design approval, please allow a 7-day window for production. For local orders, it is recommended that you submit your request at least 14 days in advance of your desired meet-up date to ensure sufficient processing time. Please note that larger orders (more than 10 shirts) may require additional time, up to 21 days for completion. Orders of more than 20 shirts may have an extended processing time of up to 28 days.
1. Design Approval: Once your order is accepted, I will create a mock-up design for you to approve. If the design is approved by you, we will proceed with production.
2. Production Time: After design approval, please allow a 7-day window for production. For local orders, it is recommended that you submit your request at least 14 days in advance of your desired meet-up date to ensure sufficient processing time. Please note that larger orders (more than 10 shirts) may require additional time, up to 21 days for completion. Orders of more than 20 shirts may have an extended processing time of up to 28 days.
Local Orders are only able to be fulfilled by me personally based on the complexity of the design. If the design requires sublimation, I can still create the design for you, but it will be ordered and produced like the non local orders (through my website.)
3. Delivery or Meet Up/Shipping and Handling: Depending on the location where the shirts are needed, an additional handling fee may be applied to your order. This fee helps cover the costs associated with packaging, processing, gas, time, and ensuring the secure delivery of your custom shirts. Rest assured, I strive to keep these fees as minimal as possible while ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience for you. Pricing for both Local and Non-local Orders:
Pricing for custom shirts starts at $12.00 per shirt for child sizes and $18.00 per shirt for adult sizes XS-XL. Please be aware that there may be an additional up charge for sizes XXL-5XL, typically ranging from $22 to $25.
Local Orders: If your order qualifies for bulk pricing, you will be notified upon acceptance of your request. Your prices are more controlled as I am sourcing the supplies directly but the prices above are still subjective to change based on the best prices available at that time. Non-local Orders: Please note that bulk pricing is not available for online custom orders at this time. Please note that pricing for non-local orders may be subject to change based on the costs provided by my supplier. This is to ensure that you receive the most accurate and competitive pricing for your custom t-shirts. Rest assured, I will always strive to offer fair and reasonable prices while maintaining the highest quality standards for your order.
